NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THURSDAY, JUNE 26, 2025, at 4:00 pm
All members in good standing can participate in the AGM either in person at the offices of CPA Nova Scotia at 1871 Hollis Street, Halifax, NS, Suite 300 or online via Teams Meeting.
Registration is required no later than noon, June 19, 2025. For those attending virtually, log in details will be emailed to you the day prior to the meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of CPA Nova Scotia will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 4:00 pm, for the purpose of:
- Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held June 25, 2024,
- Receiving and considering the reports of the Executive, the Treasurer, and the CEO;
- Consider a motion to amend the CPA Nova Scotia By-Laws; and
- Introduction of the members of the Board.
We are pleased to invite members to join us for a social hour with light refreshments immediately following the AGM, providing an opportunity to connect with the Board, staff and other members of CPA Nova Scotia.
During the event, members who have reached their 25 and 50-year milestones will be recognized and presented with commemorative pins in honour of their longstanding commitment to the accounting profession. Pins for all other milestone anniversaries from previous years will be distributed by mail.
All AGM documents will be made available here on June 24, 2025, for your review.
